SPOILER ALERT DONT READ IF YOU DONT WANNA KNOW He ends up creating a bomb that kills Katniss's sister. He probably didn't think it would kill her, but he was so full of anger that he decided to create the bomb and hurt people. I don't care if it was the capitol! The capitol is extremely evil but I don't want to kill them! I would be a rebel like Gale, but I just don't want to kill them!
