I'm pretty sure. But if it's in sub, you can find it dubbed on google somewhere.. Oh and if you have Netflix it's on there all in dubbed.

Other good animes are Death Note, Black Butler & Shakugan no Shana. I liked Elfen Lied but it contains nudity, it's gory and quite sad.

For a starter to anime I remember choosing Fruits Basket(even though I read the manga which ended up being way better), but it's still one I would recommend.♠

I'd say start watching sweet animes for a beginner.
Try anything by CLAMP.
Like CardCaptor Sakura
or Kobato! Those are super cute!
