Anywho... did you know, if 'someone' commits suicide because of people online, they'll track the people down and they could get fined or charged with 3rd degree murder?
I just happened to think about that... what the heck brain?! -.-

Btw there was this thing at church today where all the youth come to the front. The woman was saying repeat after her and talking was as slow as a process as my brain is. >.< I failed so much.

We simply want to leave his website and make our own, and he continued to harass us, and we keep telling him to leave us alone, we cant get arrested for that

It depends on the state and if you were a cause for those actions then yes. Like telling someone to go die while they're on a depressed suicidal edge?

ameii, i spent a lot of time doing research on this, and because of what we did it's practically impossible to get charged, because a. he had a past of history of mental unstableness, b. we never said, "go kill yourself", etc., and the things we said were simply out of speech.
one website i read said gave two examples.
1. Joe has been in debt for continually gambling, and his unle Jim says "you better go kill yourself, you're worth nothing." Joe commits suicide. Jim didn't enable him, he just said something, thus he's off the hook.
2. Joe is in debt. Uncle Jim says, "you better kill yourself because no one wants you, and if you don't, my buddies will beat you up and burn down your house at the same time." He kills himself out of fear. Jim is held responsible.

No one said that to him.
Plus, it's an empty threat. Many ex boyfriends have threatened to kill themselves if we break up. Trust me, they don't. And just because we told him he was a pedo and left a website. (well, i never said he was a pedo, i just told him i wasn't sexist) we can't be charged of anything.
