I FINALLY checked out the manga yesterday and read it today while at the family cook-out...that I had complletely forgot about...
I finished book 1 and it is awesome! XD I really like it even though I'm not the mecha type. It also has one of my favorite opening songs where I actually like the full version.

Anyway, it's tragic that these good characters have these things happen to them. I love the story, but not sure how this gets up to 60+ chapters.

That's probably because you're never in this section of anime. Just like you may not know what MÄR or Amagami SS is.
